Greater Texarkana NAACP Educators Database
Fostering equality and cultural diversity is a top challenge that the entire educational system is facing at this moment. Educating ALL students and specifically students of color should be a major focus of our institutions of learning. Diversity and inclusion of educators of color within our schools is imperative.

It is the goal of the Education Committee of the Greater Texarkana Branch of the NAACP to seek to increase the number of educators of color in our schools.  In order to meet this challenge, the committee is compiling a database of certified people of color who aspire to seek administrative and teaching positions within the local school districts of Texarkana Independent School District and Liberty-Eylau Independent School District.  If you or someone you know is interested in possibly applying for positions that may become available in the future, please complete the form to be added to the database.  You will be notified when positions become available.
