Day-1 starts with the registration at 8:00 AM. Day-1 sessions start at 8:30 AM and ends at 6:00 PM. Day-2 starts at 8:30 AM and ends around 6:00 PM (and the reception/dinner follows). Day-3 starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly. It is a condition of registration that you plan to attend the entire program.

Overnight accommodations *

The program will be held at the The Warren Conference Center, 529 Chestnut Street, Ashland, MA 01721. Tel: (508) 231-3000. Participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. Rooms have been blocked at the Warren Center at $169 per night (plus taxes and fees.) The cut-off date for the group rate is Saturday, September 21, 2019. We cannot guarantee room availability or the group rate after this date. To book a room, call +1-508 231-3000 and mention you are an attendee of the workshop by Systems Leadership Institute in order to receive the special rate. We recommend that all attendees check into the hotel on Monday, October 21 due to the early start in the morning.

Cancellations and Substitutions Policy *

All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid minus a $300.00 processing fee will be refunded for all cancellations received in writing 6 weeks before the first day of the workshop. For international credit card users: Currency fluctuations occur. Refunds, if requested, will be made in USD at the exchange rate in effect at the time the refund is processed. Systems Leadership Institute will not be responsible for any loss incurred by card holder. NO refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after this date. You may arrange for a substitute participant at least 2 weeks before the program. Should Systems Leadership Institute need to cancel the program, participants will receive a refund of their tuition, but no reimbursement for booked flights or other travel or program-related expenses.
