Application for the 2023 SOUND OFF Festival
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 SOUND OFF Festival, Canada's national Deaf performance festival. Our 7th annual festival will take place from Tuesday March 28th to Sunday, April 2nd, 2023, in Edmonton, Alberta at the ATB Financial Arts Barns in the Old Strathcona neighborhood. The festival will be fully hybrid, featuring both live and online events over a 6-day period.

SOUND OFF is committed to diversity and we encourage applications from marginalized communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ artists, as well as marginalized sign language communities including LSQ, MSL and ISL.

Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival and that recipients will be contacted in November with the results.

The application deadline is 11:59 PM (ET), Monday, October 24th, 2022.
