By submitting this form, you acknowledge:
CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS
- Bookings are confirmed when the deposit is paid.
- If your function is cancelled more than 7 days of the booking, your deposit will be refunded. Events cancelled with less than 7 days notice will forfiet the deposit.
- All event details including finalised guest numbers, timings & packages are to be confirmed no less than 7 days prior to event.
- For whole venue hire and packages, full payment is required 7 days prior to event.
RSA AND SECURITY
- Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Underage guests are NOT permitted to drink alcohol, it is against the law
- All guests must carry valid and current proof of ID.
- All guests must comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws
- Under no circumstances can outside alcohol be brought onto the premises
- No refunds will be given if guests are removed from premises for not complying with terms and conditions
- Bookings may be subject to a security fee of $55 per hour.
CLEANING AND DAMAGE
- Fees may apply if decorations are not removed at end of the night or staff are required to stay later than agreed
- We do not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any property that is left on the premises.
- The event host will liable for any damage sustained to the venue caused by them or their guests during the event.
