All spaces are located outside and in the park and each vendor must bring their own set-up supplies such as tent, weights, tables, wagon to get to your space, and if you purchased an electric spot(s), you must supply your own electric lines to reach the box. If you want more than one spot in an electric area, all spots purchased must pay for electric. Vendors are encouraged to set-up Friday 5PM-8PM. All vendors are required to be setup and all cars out of the unloading zone and parked at the baseball fields by 11am Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Break down will begin at 4:00 pm on Sunday evening. We ask that you are open for business for the entire span of the event.
- Vender check in starts at 8AM on Saturday or 5pm on Friday.
- 11AM-10PM on Saturday (you have the option to stay open until 10PM (we will have a band until then) Gate will be locked to the park at 10:30PM
- 11AM-4PM on Sunday
