EDCO Fest 2024 Vendor Application

Saturday,    May 18th 11AM-10PM (vendors only need to be open till 7 but can stay till 10!)

SET UP/BREAK DOWN:
All spaces are located outside and in the park and each vendor must bring their own set-up supplies such as tent, weights, tables, wagon to get to your space, and if you purchased an electric spot(s), you must supply your own electric lines to reach the box. If you want more than one spot in an electric area, all spots purchased must pay for electric. Vendors are encouraged to set-up Friday 5PM-8PM. All vendors are required to be setup and all cars out of the unloading zone and parked at the baseball fields by 11am Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Break down will begin at 4:00 pm on Sunday evening. We ask that you are open for business for the entire span of the event.
- Vender check in starts at 8AM on Saturday or 5pm on Friday.
- 11AM-10PM on Saturday (you have the option to stay open until 10PM (we will have a band until then) Gate will be locked to the park at 10:30PM
- 11AM-4PM on Sunday
LOADING/UNLOADING:
UNLOADING ON FRIDAY: Starting at 5PM you can park in the EDCO lot to unload your supplies. Please stop at the vendor check in located at the entrance to the park, to sign in and get more information to ease set up. You will be asked to sign in again on Saturday and Sunday. Friday night gate will be locked at 8PM.

UNLOADING ON SATURDAY: Starting at 8AM you will enter the area through the alley that runs along the fence to the park. Please enter the alley through the road next to the railroad and pull up as far as you can without blocking the road for more cars. You will sign in at the tent or someone will come to your car to check in and unload your supplies as quick as you can to make room for other vendors to unload. Security will watch your stuff as you move your car to the baseball fields (turn right out of the drop off alley and take the first right after that down railroad street, whole way down there will be parking), and the golf cart will bring you back to the park. When you get back to the park, please move your stuff as quickly as possible to your space so that everybody can unload and get parked. Now is when you can bring your stuff your selling space and set up for 11AM selling time, please transport your supplies as quick as possible so other venders have room to move. THE PARK IS VENDORS AND STAFF ONLY 8AM-11AM. NO PATRONS!

LOADING ON SUNDAY: Sunday night starting at 4PM you will be asked to start packing up. Please be open until this time rain or shine. The EDCO lot and the alley will be open for you to load your cars. Please do not block any roadways, or you will be asked to move your car immediately.
PARKING:
All vendors must park any cars they have at the Evans City baseball fields down railroad street for the span of the whole event. We will provide a vender shuttle from 8AM-11AM on Saturday for your convenience. Map will be sent closer to event.
GENERAL INFO:
- The coordinator will attempt to accommodate size and space requirements as well as any reasonable requests or special needs.
- No refunds after payment is received. If you have to drop out, please contact us and let your payment be a donation to the park.
- Lots will be marked on the ground and labeled by color. Vender coordinator will send you your spot closer to the event. 
- The day of the event you MUST sign in at the vender sign in booth for more information.
- Event is rain or shine. Please be open for business for the span of the whole event.
