As learners indicated in our needs assessment, practitioners make a significant contribution to their success at learning. There is a lot of interesting and innovative work being done in the sector thanks to the hard work and dedication of practitioners.  Our new “Celebration of Practitioner Excellence” feature in our newsletter will highlight and share promising practices of excellent practitioners.  This will allow us to recognize the hard-working people in the field while also sharing strategies they have successfully implemented to contribute to adult foundational learner success.  Our newsletter readers will not only have the opportunity to learn about strategies they may want to try, they will also build their awareness of resources (programs, practitioners) available locally.
