Shinkara Application
The Shinkara fund, named in honor of long-time RMR member, club director and philanthropist Tom Kawano,  is designed to assist needy families as they work to pay their club volleyball fees. The application is composed of three parts.
     1) Fill in the Application below
     2) Have your Club Director complete the "Shinkara Club Directors' Report Form" ( LINK)
     3) Send the "top page" of your family's previous-year IRS-1040,  by mail (to the new RMR office) 
                or by email to shinkara@rmrvolleyball.org
                ---> please "black out" any identifying data such as your SSN/Tax-ID number!

All three portions must be received by the RMR office no later than midnight Feb 28th

Note that the RMR also offers the opportunity to offset club fees by working as Referee or as a Site Director  at our Power Series events... or as  "court crew" at the RMR Showdown! The RMR pays well!

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
