Understandings *

I understand it may take the hens a few weeks to settle in to their new home and begin laying eggs consistently.

I understand there will be a $50.00 deposit collected before delivery and returned on pick up of hens and coop in good condition.

I understand if a hen or hens dies due to my management procedures, I will be charged for replacement.

I understand if I have provided any incorrect or misleading information, I may not be chosen for rental or the hens and coop may be picked up upon discovery of the issue with no refund given.

I understand that while these birds are socialized, they are still animals that have their own temperaments, personalities, and behaviors, and while these individuals are usually friendly, they still might peck, scratch, or do other "normal chicken" things.
