CPARC Winter 2020 Test Session Signup Sheet
This is the signup form for the Winter 2020 test session on February 15, 2020 hosted by CPARC. This information is required for us to complete the necessary FCC paperwork on your behalf.

The test session will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in Building 20, Room 140 on the Cal Poly Campus.

The exam is free for anyone who wishes to take the exam.

We will be offering 3 levels of exams
Technician - Beginner level
General - Intermediate level
Extra - Advanced level
