Bundle Plan - Individual Week Give Back
There are no refunds or price adjustments for missed weeks if you registered for a bundle plan.  If you know that your child will be missing a full week you have the opportunity to donate that week to a child that would otherwise not be able to attend ARC.  The earlier you notify us the better, that gives us more time to work in partnership with the school counselors to provide the opportunity to attend to a student that can not afford to attend but would benefit from the experience of ARC.

You may also choose to give unused weeks to a friend of your choice as long as they are in the same program as your child: Age 4-6 or Entering Grade 2-7.  If you choose to give a week to a friend please provide us with the child's name and parent's email. They must have a MyRec account so we can have all of the necessary waivers and releases on file as well as make sure they are on our email list for the week they attend.
