The 15th AFF Annual Gathering was decided to be held in Newcastle, over the weekend of the 21st to 23rd October.
Please answer all questions. If bringing a partner you will need to fill the form in multiple times, so we suggest listing your username with a '+1, +2, +3' (unless they have their own one) depending on the number of extras and providing their correct first name to differentiate you from them.
An administration fee of $5 per person has been added this year to cover incidentals like name tags, dinner place tags and cover any shortfalls that might arise.
Following submission of the form, you will be expected to transfer your payment to the nominated bank account before your attendance is confirmed. This will be listed on submission of the form. Certain events may have a cap on numbers, so your place will only be confirmed in the order the money hits the account.
IMPORTANT: There is a box for any dietary requirements you may have, this will be important to fill in for both Saturday and Sunday, so these venues can best cater to your needs.
IMPORTANT 2: Cancellation policy is 30 days (21st September) from the event start date so the organisers are not left out of pocket. Cancellations on or before this date will be refunded in full. Afterward this date you will need to find someone to take over your booking, and communicate this to the organisers.
