Silicon Valley Goldendoodles Puppy Application
Due to staffing resources we require all interested families to submit an application prior to discussing pricing or availability. We will review you application within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order that they are received. Unfortunately we do not approve all applications if your home is a good fit, we will notify you.  Incomplete information/ responses will result in a application denial.  We will only accept deposits  after we discuss re-homing fees with you, and pick order preferences.  If you call prior to the application being approved we will not return your call. Please be sure to complete all areas of this application for consideration.

All of our breeds require professional grooming approximately every 6-10 weeks, and it can cost $100.00+ each time. Lack of grooming can cause serious skin problems. Are you committed to this necessary expense? *

Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Silicon Valley Goldendoodles, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's extremely unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time. We welcome approved families to our home. We will gladly schedule a visit with you to select your puppy in person at 8-10 weeks of age. Once a visit has been scheduled the deposit will become non refundable. Should you not like what we have available for rehoming upon visitation your deposit can be applied to a future litter.  Our deposit is only refundable on litters not yet born. We discourage rescheduling, however if unforeseen circumstances arise and you absolutely cannot make the appointment, please contact us soon as possible and we will reschedule you to another date and time. *

We respect that you may have a color or gender preference for your new puppy.  However we can make no guarantee as to the mature color of the dogs coat.  Additionally our years of experience tell us that there is no remarkable difference in trainability or temperament between male and female puppies.  Because of this we will not accept reservations based on specific color or gender preferences.  Our priority is the health, temperament and trainability of the dog. *

We can hold puppies for new owners on a case by case basis. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. We will  kennel our puppies (as long as they have not left for your home) for a small boarding fee to cover food cost. During this time we will train and give needed socialization experiences. *

We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later.  If approved we require our contract to be signed  at rehoming.   *

We require spay/neuter at or before 8 months for females and 24 months for males. If you're a breeder we can waive this requirement upon negotiation of breeding rights. Physical copies of parent health checks are not provided unless breeding rights are negotiated. Additionally we require all puppies to be kept on the current diet for a period of 12 months, failure to do so will void our health guarantee. *
