Please compete this form by March 31. The information you include here will be used on your yearbook page and/or read at the graduation ceremony while you are presented your diploma. PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR SUBMISSIONS CAREFULLY. The yearbook and graduation coordinators will have final editing capabilities if submissions are inappropriate in content or too long in length. Seniors have a half page each in the yearbook.

We will also ask you some questions at the end that will not be used at graduation, but rather will be used internally for our records.
