Request for Overview Training in PLIC Books

To get signed up for an overview of the PLIC yearbook program please answer the following questions. Upon receipt of your responses the technical trainer will send you a link to their calendar to pick a time that will work for you and your team of helpers if you have some! When making the selection for the training time, you will have an opportunity to add additional attendees via their email addresses after you have chosen a time.

If you have specific questions and do not want an overview of the program, please send your questions to techsupport@inter-state.com. You will not need to complete this form for assistance.
