During this time of long hours and high patient load, we want to make sure our healthcare workers know they are appreciated by their community! We need partners that are working in the hospitals that can distribute handwritten thank you notes to their department or to those they come into contact with while at work. If you are a healthcare worker that can commit to this task, simply provide your information below and we will mail/deliver you letters to distribute, it's that simple! If you include your email address, we can also let you know when the letters are on the way. If you are signing up someone you know, make sure they are aware they were signed up!
