Pickin’ on Music Festivals is looking for valued Volunteers to help with operations of Pickin’ on Picknic from July 8th-15th, 2024. We take pride in staffing energetic, conscious, trustworthy, and hard-working people who are eager to execute tasks and like to work with a team.
We have a variety of jobs available including but not limited to; Gate, Parking, Medical, Set up/Break Down, Wristband check, Green team, Runners and Bathrooms.
Volunteers will receive admission to Pickin’ on Picknic from Wednesday- Sunday in exchange for 12 hours of work. The volunteer will also receive staff shirt to be worn during the shift, and 2 meal tickets for use at food vendors at the event or our volunteer hospitality. You will be reimbursed the price of your ticket - less the applicable fees and the non-refundable portion of the ticket after shifts are completed.
You will be placed on the schedule after you have purchased your Volunteer ticket. We will have a virtual orientation if you are able to attend - time and date tbd.

After acceptance of your application, you will be able to purchase your Volunteer Deposit Ticket
(Cost is $180 plus taxes and fees - $155 will be refunded to you after the event if you complete your shifts successfully). We will contact you to let you know you've been accepted and to get you scheduled. If you have successfully volunteered in the past, we will also send you a code to bypass the refundable portion of the Volunteer Deposit Ticket.
