Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers

1. 50% or more of the total payment must be made to Loveclub Labs LLC before the start of the commission unless specified otherwise by Loveclub Labs. 100% must be paid before shipment or pickup of the commission becomes available.

2. Loveclub Labs LLC reserves the right to terminate or pause the commission process if necessary. If the customer terminates the commission after it has already been started, they will not receive a refund. 

3. Loveclub Labs LLC cannot guarantee a project to be done be a specific date, but will always aim to have it completed as soon as possible. 

4. Custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable. 

5. The final commission and Diagram concept is intellectual property of the artist of Loveclub Labs LLC and is not to be replicated in any manner.

6. Any personal data collected during the commission process will not be shared, replicated, or used for anything other than getting the completed commission to you. 

Pricing, upgrades, + other details

Loveclub Labs custom Diagrams are a base of $50 each. The basic Diagram includes all the features of the classic Lab Diagrams: custom created image, title, subtitle (if desired), and up to six descriptions. Diagrams can be done landscape or portrait style.

Diagrams are available in the following sizes/finishes for the associated upgrade fee:

- 8.5x11” matte - Default

- 8.5x11” satin - Free 

- 12x12” matte - $2.50 

- 11x17” matte - $5.00 

- 11x17” satin - $5.00

*Satin refers to a semi-gloss finish.

*Other Lab Diagrams sold are printing on 8.5x11" matte.
