Any individual(s) who is interested in starting a new organization or reactivating a previously inactive group must complete an Intent to Register form to initiate the New Organization Proposal process. Once this form has been reviewed by the Coordinator for Student Life Activities, you will be notified within 2 weeks and must register and attend an information session reviewing the terms of provisional registration and the steps to obtaining full registration as a College registered student organization.
*Note: Groups CANNOT conduct any business or activity, reserve space or publicity, and host any meetings or events UNTIL provisional registration has been granted by the Coordinator.
Failure to complete the Intent to Register form will prohibit the group from seeking full registration.

In order to submit this form, you must identify an advisor. Please be sure to consult this individual prior to submitting this form. They must have agreed to advising the group.
