Thank you for reporting a close contact, a household contact or a positive case of COVID-19. A School Nurse will follow up regarding return dates and any additional data needed. Please do not return to school until a School Nurse has spoken with you. If you are reporting after hours, the School Nurse will get back with you on the next school day.
