Student concerns form
This form is to report any incident or concerns that is affecting a students wellbeing or causing unnecessary upset that can be supported by the actions of academy staff. 
The form has been put in place so that concerns can be reported outside or inside of the academy, by a child, adult or peer, and so that the concern can be directed and managed by the most appropriate person or team in the academy. Concerns may include but are not limited to;
  • Hurtful & unkind behaviour  
  • Peer pressure
  • Stress and/or worry
  • Threats or harassments
  • Bullying
  • Sexualised comments or behaviour
If the concern is safeguarding related and affects the safety of a child we advise that you contact the academy directly via 01302 722237 and request to speak to a safeguarding lead. If the academy is closed contact the Police or the Locality safeguarding team on  01302 737777 or evening or at weekends call 01302 796000. 
Where you believe there is an immediate risk of significant harm the police should be contacted on 999.
