(2) HKU Alumni Association (HKUAA) does not employ qualified guides, leaders or first aiders on this Hiking Event. This Hiking Event works on the same basis of being a group of friends who go out hiking together, who invite others to join them on this basis.

(3) HKUAA will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss occurring as a result of this Hiking Event.

(4) I accept these conditions and accept that no legal liability is accepted by HKUAA in the event of accident or injury, however caused.

(5) I am responsible for assessing my own risk and the safety of myself. Any Medical Conditions that may affect me during the hiking should be notified to the Hiking Leader prior to the start of the hiking.
