Canopies
Canopies are allowed up against the booth but may not be attached.
Extinguishers
Extinguishers must say 2023, either punched or written.
Inventory & Guidelines
You must have an inventory list and a guideline list inside of your booth at all times.
Keep all paperwork from Phantom in a binder (inside) the booth during operating hours.
A Bill of Lading must be with your fireworks AT ALL TIMES.
Fire Department Safety Training certificate must be available at all times, make copies if needed.
The Fire Department Guidelines must be read and signed by all individuals (inside) the booth regardless of shift.

Tarps
Any tarps used must have "Fire Rating" paperwork available on site.
