Students enrolled in Carroll County Schools will be fed on regular school days from 11am-1pm.

Please complete the form once for each child. For example, if you have two children enrolled in the Carroll County School District, please complete and submit the form for one child. Then, complete and submit the form for the second child.

You only need to go through this process once for the year.

The student's lunch number is the number part of the student's computer password. It is six digits long. The password is in the form of AA123456. The student's lunch number would be 123456 in this example. If you don't know it, leave it blank.
