Upon submission of this form, our Church Administrator will use the information provided to send a plaque order request to Brass Founders. They tend to respond within 2-3 working days with a 'proof layout', which we will send to you for confirmation. Once you are happy with what the plaque will look like, the order will be placed. Please note that the average production time for plaque orders is 8-10 weeks, we will let you know of any changes at the time.

Material:  Cast bronze, with a black background.
Size:  5” x 3” -  £237.34 (total price including installation in our Garden of Remembrance).
Wording:  Please be aware that the wording on plaques has now been restricted to a maximum of 6 lines, and that the size of the text will be altered depending on the number of words/characters. Any words other than personal descriptions of the deceased (e.g. “A loving husband and father”), should be from the Bible. The Vicar is very willing to discuss suitable wording with family or friends.
