Certification or credentials where applicable may be subject to verification prior to posting.

The nominal monthly flat rate is not dependent on the number of referrals you receive - meaning, it's okay with Shepherd Heart if you get 100 referrals in a month! - you'll always be charged the same monthly rate; getting 100 referrals per month costs the same as getting none in a particular month.  (Be sure to post a photo so that people are drawn to your director profile.)

Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel at any time.  Note that there are no full- or partial-refunds for advertising subscription cancellations after the start of your monthly billing cycle.

Shepherd Heart reserves the right to withhold or terminate your advertisement for any reason at any time.  If Shepherd Heart does not advertise your services, you will not be charged for that billing cycle.  

It is your moral, ethical, and legal responsibility to not practice outside of your scope of competence. Make appropriate referrals to a licensed mental healthcare when clients are faced with issues of an emotional crisis or mental health problem.  

**Referrals are always free.  If you want to include or update your direction/soul care information in the private referral database, but do not want to make your direction practice widely visible to pastors by advertising on the website, simply press "submit" below without submitting payment information.**
