Position Details:
Administrative Coordinator:
> Booking spaces for events (Booking Officer)
> Deal with internal relations at Concordia for the purpose of the organization (communicate with CSU, the Dean of Students, etc.),
> Organizing administrative documents,
> Managing meeting agendas and minutes
> Facilitates the meeting
> Responsible for overseeing primary email of Queer Concordia
> Signing officer
Financial Coordinator:
> Oversee financial accounts,
> Keep all financial records of the organization
> Pay organization bills and collect organization dues
> Prepare and submit financial reports to the members
> Prepare an annual budget
> Prepare all budget requests for funds
> Signing officer.
Events Coordinator(s):
> Creating a semester/year-long plan of events
> Booking spaces off-campus
> Coordinate with the Administrative Coordinator for booking spaces on campus
> Coordinate with Social Media Coordinators to promote events.
Marketing Coordinator(s):
> Communicate with Events Coordinators to promote events
> Maintain an active presence on both Facebook and Instagram
> Maintain QC's Gmail primary account (ie respond to emails, refer emails to specific coordinators, etc.)
> Communicate with volunteers
> Promote events & make announcements.
Health and Resources Coordinator
> Organize health and resources information in the office and online
> Maintain the Queer library
> Organize and restock office resources and safe-sex supplies
> Maintain relationship with mental health and health services at Concordia/in Montreal.
