Single-Use Plastic items and packaging
Thank you for participating in our survey for an Arizona State University conducted study! This survey aims to determine the single-use plastic (SUP) footprint of ASU affiliated individuals and non-ASU affiliated individuals. The questions will remain publicly anonymous. We encourage you to share this link with fellow students. The survey is broken into repetitive sections asking about your weekly consumption and disposal of single-use plastic packaging and products. Questions follow a similar format that vary depending on the item being asked. The survey is formatted to skip sections based on your answer so you will NOT be exposed to the entire survey. The survey is between 7-12 minutes long. Pictures, descriptions and examples will be used to help guide you through the questions. The SUP footprint will serve as a referral tool for institutions and governments when designing plastic-related policies that are shaped specifically to the area's plastic consumption, management and perception.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You have the right to skip any question or stop participating at any time. No identifying information will be collected, and the results of this study will be published only in aggregate. You must be 18 or older to participate.
