If you wish to volunteer for the first time with the Victoria Symphony, we kindly ask that you fill out the application form for new volunteers. This form can be found in the following link:

Once you send this form to Maria Martins (Victoria Symphony's Community Relations Coordinator) at maria@victoriasymphony.ca, we will schedule a training session/meeting prior to the beginning of the concerts season.

Shift Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your shift for any reasons, please, contact Maria Martins, at (250) 412-1977 or maria@victoriasymphony.ca.

Concert Tickets for Volunteers

Complimentary tickets are not guaranteed for volunteers. The Victoria Symphony will only provide volunteers with complimentary tickets if the concerts are not sold out.

If you wish to acquire vouchers for other concerts in the season (in lieu of your complimentary ticket), please, contact Maria Martins, at (250) 412-1977 or maria@victoriasymphony.ca.

Multi-Season Volunteers

If you wish to volunteer with the Victoria Symphony in later seasons (2021, 2022, etc.), please, contact Maria Martins, at (250) 412-1977 or maria@victoriasymphony.ca.
