Welcome to the Neighborhood Homework House program sign-ups for the 2022-2023 school year. Please only proceed with this application if you have already attended or are currently at a Parent Registration event. If you have not attended one of these events please contact our office at (626)969-7051 before proceeding with this application.

A few reminders:

1. When you are done completing this application and have gone through all the sections, you MUST click "submit" when you reach the end at the bottom of the screen, or else we will not receive your information.
2. Please sign your child up based on their grade from the current school year (2022-2023)
3. This application will take you around 30 minutes or more to complete depending on the number of kids you are enrolling. In addition, it cannot be saved once started. Please plan accordingly.
