Personal Data Privacy Notice This privacy notice describes how the Teknopark Istanbul Cube Incubation collects and processes personal data about your mentor program application using this website, how we use and protect data, and your rights over that data. We collect from your application your name, surname, email address, phone number and details of your mentor application. We use your personal data to evaluate, manage, conclude and finalize your application, provide you with information about mentor program, contact with you to give information about the process of your application. We share personal data with third parties, some of whom may be located outside the jurisdiction in which you are located such as our business partners who we work for this project. In addition, the program responsibles will assess applicant for mentor program and share your personal data and details of idea or projects with the management. If your mentor application is accepted, some of your personal data may be shared with affiliates and its employee in order to introduce, promote and announce the program. We use your personal data with your consent. You have rights regarding personal data including the rights to correct inaccurate personal data, request that we erase personal data, restrict how we use personal data, withdraw any consent you may have given, or object to our use of personal data. Also, you have more rights arising from the article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us.
