We will need LOTS of helpers at Island View's covid-safe Color Run on Saturday, June 19th! Please sign up for as many shifts as you can.

Below is a list of overlapping Volunteer Shifts for Saturday, June 19th at Island View Elementary. We will need around 25 volunteers on duty at all times throughout the several hours of the Color Run. Please feel free to sign up for multiple shifts!

Specific tasks will be assigned in the days prior to the event and clear instructions will be shared. We are hoping to have each color-throwing station "owned" by each grade, like in years past.

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS on Saturday, June 19th *

8:15 to 9:15 am (this shift is fully staffed, thanks)

8:45 to 9:45 am (this shift is fully staffed, thanks)

9:30 to 10:30 am (this shift is fully staffed, thanks)

10:15 to 11:15 am WE NEED VOLUNTEERS HERE

11:00 am to Noon WE NEED VOLUNTEERS HERE

11:45 am to 12:45 pm WE NEED VOLUNTEERS HERE

Most years, the Color Run is Island View's biggest fundraiser, raising over $20,000 that the PTA spends supporting the students and staff at our beloved school. This year we are doing this all for FREE, as a fun end-of-a-crazy-year party, and students are NOT being asked to fundraise. If you are able to help support this great school financially and re-fill our coffers so we can provide for next year's needs, we would be so appreciative.
