2020 Spring Family Fun Fair
**Please note: We are currently full for Direct Sales companies**

The Spring Family Fun Fair features an outdoor market on Saturday, June 6th, 9:00am - 4:00pm. Set up will begin at 7:00am. The Fair is located at Camp Chestermere.

Each stall is $30.00 until March 30th. Late registrations after March 30th will be $40.00 per stall. You have the option of having your website or Facebook page linked on the Rocky View Chestermere Agricultural Society website (under the Spring Fair page) for an additional $5.00. An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address listed below once your registration form has been received and approved.

1. This is an outside venue.
2. The Spring Fair runs on both Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, HOWEVER, the market is only on Saturday, June 6th.

Will you be selling food? ALL food sold at the Spring Family Fun Fair must be prepared in a commerically inspected kitchen. *
Please list ALL of the items you intend to sell at our market with a detailed description of the each one. Items that are not included in this form will not be allowed at the market without prior consent of the market manager. *
Do you have liability insurance? *
While it is not required, it is strongly recommend that especially food vendors have their own insurance. If you do have your own liability insurance, please add Chestermere AG Society Farmers' Market as an additional insured. Liability Wavier
 In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Rocky View Chestermere AG Society Market, we the undersigned hereby agree as follows:    
1. To waive any and all claims that we may have had or may have in the future against the  Rocky View Chestermere Agricultural Society (RVCHAG), its directors and officers, employees, agents/contractors, representatives, volunteers.                                            
 2. To release RVCHAG from any and all liability for any loss, damage, and injury or expense that occurs out of the use of any of the facilities of the RVCHAG, by the above-named vendor, their family, their employees or volunteer participants.
3. To hold harmless and indemnify RVCHAG from any and all liability for any property damage, personal injury to any third party or other financial loss or expense, including legal expense and costs on a solicitor-and-his-own- client full indemnity basis, resulting from the participation in any event to be held by the RVCHAG throughout 2020.                                        

ACCURACY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RULES: By my agreement, I declare the information on this form to be complete and accurate and I agree to pay the rates as set out by the said due date and to abide by the rules and market guidelines.

 I understand that not all applicants may be granted space in the Market and that it is the right and responsibility of the Rocky View Chestermere Agricultural Society to decide who may vend products and the allocation of space in the market.
