APPLICATION

Here is the application to apply to David Bedrick's 10 Month Process Oriented Facilitation Training for the February 2026 cohort.

David limits the cohorts to 22 students, allowing him to get to know you, provide feedback, and personalize the training. The resources you will invest, including time, personal development, working through personal development issues that arise, and finances AS WELL AS the resources David invests in this training, including many hours beyond the class time thinking about how best to lift you and facilitate your learning of these highly advanced skills, make it imperative that the right students are selected. Answering the questions with a short paragraph or 2 will help him evaluate your readiness, commitment, and alignment with this training as well as David’s style.

Which cohort(s) are you interested in applying for? Please note: cohort dates and times are currently tentative, please let us know which one(s) you would be interested in and more info will come later.

Do you, or do you desire to, facilitate others' development? How do you see that as part of your life and professional path?  This is important because this training is really skill-focused, though you will learn a great deal about your own development as well.

*
Can you write a paragraph or two about your background as a facilitator of others’ development?
Can you write a paragraph or 2 about your background with regard to working on yourself - the kind of work you’ve done and how it may prepare you to help others.
*

Are you into learning at this time - reviewing recordings, hungry for feedback, studying, practicing new skills? Are you ready and willing to make a commitment to this learning? Say more about this hunger, this desire?

*

How will you use these skills and awarenesses? What kind of venues, clients, issues…? Feel free to envision what this may look like.

*

What are your two greatest hopes and goals for taking this training?

*

Are you open to feedback about your work with people? Not feedback like “You are not doing well, here's your grade..." but feedback like, "Let's go back to this moment with the client and see other interventions you could have made," Or, "You missed  your client's response to your question.....let's go back to that." Feedback that is rather momentary when practicing together. How has getting feedback been difficult for you at times?

*

Do you have a sense of my style of interacting and teaching, via watching videos, reading my books, interacting with me on fb for a while? Do you feel a resonance, a fit, with my approach and style? What particular qualities of your experience with David resonate with you most?

*

Can you make a commitment to studying, learning with others in small groups, making time for live classes (and watching recordings if you miss), and to working on issues that disturb your engagement in the learning? Based on your prior experience, what difficulties make it harder for you to follow through on longer term commitments like this program? (If nothing does, that’s fine).

*
I understand that the total fee for the program is $7500 USD and that a non-refundable deposit of $1500 will be due upon application approval to secure my spot (unless otherwise negotiated based on partial scholarship).  *
The remaining $6000 of the program fee can be paid in either a lump sum by January 31st, 2026 or in a monthly payment plan of 10 x $600 with the first instalment due by January 31st, 2026. Which one is your preference? *
