This registration must be completed for access to the MDTP 9th Grade Assessment Online platform. Once this registration form is submitted, you will receive confirmation and access to the testing platform by email from MDTP within three business days. Agreement to 9th Grade Assessment Testing Requirements
MDTP requires all testing on this platform to be conducted in a classroom setting where students are attending in-person and face-to-face and where the instructor is actively proctoring student engagement.  MDTP does not permit the use of tests on this platform in remote settings. Any observed remote use may result in a temporary restriction of the use and/or access of tests and testing on this platform. Please verify your agreement to this requirement.
