UCORE Travel Scholarship Application
We are supporting the travel costs for some caucus members to attend  UCORE. Use this form to apply for a travel scholarship. We strongly encourage you to work within your caucus to fundraise for hotel and LN conference registration support.  Indicate below if you will need other funding and the scholarship committee can review those requests after reviewing all other requests. 
Funds will be distributed as reimbursement for travel. Once approved, we will let you know and send along reimbursement information. Be sure to save any receipts.
