Friends of SCAC Rescue Foster Application
This is the application form for fostering dogs in the Friends of SCAC Rescue Program.

Requirements for Friends of SCAC Rescue Foster Providers:  

Foster providers must be at least 21 years old; no children under eight years old.
All pets in home must be current on vaccinations and spayed/neutered
A meet and greets between existing dog(s) and Friends of SCAC Rescue dog is required
Friends of SCAC requires a home visit prior to approval of entering a foster agreement.
Friends of SCAC accepts foster providers who are residents of Sangamon County and counties bordering Sangamon County
Friends of SCAC reserves the right to decline applicants at any point in the process
