Spring 2019 4K School, Family, and Community Partnership  Survey
The purpose of this survey is to gather information on how well our school is working to develop meaningful partnerships with our families and community.  We welcome your honest answers to our survey questions as it will identify areas of strength as well as areas where our school needs to improve.
