Thank you for your interest in the Chinese Language Program that will open at Sunrise Elementary School in September 2020! This form will become active on May 1 at 8:00 AM and remain open until May 15 at 4:00 PM. During that window, parents and caregivers interested in having their child be considered for enrollment in the Chinese Language Program's initial First Grade class will be able to submit information.
