Kansas Rush Wichita - Player ADD/DROP Roster Form
This form has been created to help our club registrar and coaches/team managers in providing documentation for adding or dropping players from the team roster. Coaches/Team managers will fill out this form and notify the club registrar by email once they have completed a Player Add/Drop Form. The club registrar will then undertake the necessary steps with the league administrator to get the player added or dropped from the roster. Please note that only one player can be added or dropped per form, so if you require multiple changes, you will need to fill out a separate form for each player. This will help streamline the process and make it easier for the coaches, club registrar, and league administrators to complete the task promptly.
