MECEC Application for Summer Camp
Camp hours 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.  $375 per week.

Children should bring a swimsuit, towel, snack & lunch daily.
A current medical history, immunization record, summer emergency release and other forms are required on file before your child may begin camp.

If you are applying for more than one child, EACH camper needs their own application.

Full payment is due by April 1, 2024. No fee or program adjustments will be granted for camper absences.
MECEC is licensed by the NY State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).  Upon receiving notification that your child's camp enrollment is confirmed, you understand that your child will need appropriate documentation, medical forms from your pediatrician with up to date vaccination records and a physical examination within the last year.  You also agree to follow any MECEC policies and health guidance. *
