2023 Carterton Kids After School Care

Please complete the following form to register your child/ren with Carterton Kids After School Care.
  • One form per child.
  • Our rates for child care are a maximum of $20 per child, per day for 3-6pm. 
  • Additional siblings are $15 per day.
  • Earlier collection (by 4pm) is $10.
  • You will not be charged for days where your child is absent unless we haven't been notified prior to midday on the date of absence. 
  • Late collections need to communicated ASAP.
  • If at anytime you wish to add or amend booked times or days please get in touch ASAP
  • If your contact details change, please inform us of your new contact information.

Civil Defence Emergencies

In the event of a Civil Defence emergency, all students must remain in the care of Carterton Kids After School Care until collected by the caregivers listed above OR until alternate arrangements can be made.
