I've been publishing Moontower weekly since early 2019. I didn't start with much of a plan but I have backed into a thoughtful, talented, and kind community. I've emailed individually with many of you but since this has grown so much (thank you, you are all awesome!) I realize I don't know that much about you as a group.
I'd like to learn more about you for 3 reasons.
1. Pure curiosity
2. I can narrow down the topics to talk about from a wide array of notes every week. Knowing a bit more about what you find useful can help me filter.
3. By understanding the audience I can match with sponsors in a way where they, me and you all win. I don't paywall this letter but I'd like to make it more fun with swag or experimenting with ways to upgrade the experience. Promotional support can help me justify the time and expense of those upgrades while keeping this all free and inclusive.
The survey also includes questions where you can describe something you are willing to help with (paid or volunteer) or something you can use help with. If I were to build something for this community these questions would inform how that might develop. I'd love to be able to connect Moontower readers who could use each other's help!
The data collected is all anonymous and of course optional.
I am not collecting email addresses to associate the responses back to any users so while many of the questions are sensitive it's truly anonymous.
