后企之秀 — 企业新星如何应对后疫情时代？
 

疫情突如其来地袭击，众人率先看见的是各行各业深受打击。但时间证明一切，有的人不堪重创倒下了；也有人抓紧时机再创高峰。时势造英雄或英雄造时势，向来为人所争论，如同疫情究竟是打垮了常态还是创造生机，也是见仁见智。

由Vukoffi 冠名赞助、《访问》出品的企业访谈节目《后企之秀》聚集8位从事不同领域的后起之秀，聚焦讨论各领域行业在疫情前后转变，谈当下话未来，并一起探讨后疫情时代，企业家应该如何找寻新出路。

节目再升级，将于吉隆坡举办一场智慧激荡的思想盛宴，邀请了企业家做线下分享会，通过他们管理企业的经验，让年轻的中小型企业家到场取经交流。

Terms and Conditions


Definitions and Interpretations: 

“Event” shall mean the Rising Entrepreneurs Business Talk ;

“Organiser” shall mean The Interview Sdn Bhd

“Venues” shall mean The Zenith, CCEC.


Admission Policy:

1. No outside food and drinks are allowed in the Venue.

2.  Face masks are encouraged to be worn at all times, except while eating and drinking.

3.  Only ticket holders with Low Risk Covid-19 Status are allowed to enter the Venue.

4.  The Organiser reserves the right to refuse ticket holder admission to the Venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety reasons, or where the ticket is void. Ticket holders must comply with instructions and directions given by the Organiser.

5.  Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break once the Event has started.

6.  By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed and/or to be included in the filming of imagery recording the Event and/or to be included in sound recordings of the Event. You hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and hereby grant to the Organiser the sole, complete, unrestricted and unlimited permission and authority to utilise and exploit free of charge your appearance in the Event in any and all manners, forms and media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without the need for any further approvals from you.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final.

8.  This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Disclaimer
Event Cancellation or Postponement:

1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the Event at any time in its discretion as a result of circumstances that would directly affect or impact the Event by reason of Force Majeure.

2. “Force Majeure” means any event beyond the reasonable control of any party including but not limited to an act of God, fire, flood, earthquake, tsunami, windstorm or other natural disaster; pandemic, epidemic, act of any sovereign, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, rebellion revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalisation, requisition, destruction or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority or imposition of government sanction embargo or similar action; act of government or governmental instrumentality, law, judgement, order, decree; embargo blockade labour dispute including but not limited to strike lockout or boycott or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of any party.

3. If the Event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ”Notices” or individually, a ”Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the media by the Organiser.
