Adult Volleyball Registration 2023
It's time for VOLLEYBALL! Teams may be made up of 6 or more with 3 females on the court at one time. Players must be 15 or older to participate. This league will be six weeks with March 30 as the tournament date. Participation in the tournament is optional. Please fill out this form to register. Payments can be made online or  submitted to Sara, the Parks & Recreation Director, S-O Elementary Office, or the City of Sibley. All registrations must be submitted by February 15.

Team Captains are responsible for distributing the schedule to your teammates. If you are unable to attend a week of playing your team is responsible to find another team to fill in your place.

I hereby certify that myself and my team is in normal health and capable of safe participation in the City of Sibley Recreation Program. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the recreation department programs, and I agree not to hold the City of Sibley, the Recreation Department, employees, volunteers, and sponsors responsible for any injury that may occur during the participation of Sibley Recreation Programs.  I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in the City of Sibley Recreation Programs and acknowledge that there are inherent risks in participating that cannot be eliminated even when the greatest care is taken. I know, understand, and appreciate these inherent risks.

Adult Volleyball League is $60 per team.
