Thank you for your interest in supporting this day and promoting your business/organization by being a VENDOR at our event. The event is planned for rain or shine due to people traveling to Hendersonville from all over the country. This is an excellent opportunity to not only support research for Ataxia but to expand your business presence not only locally but to people from other states. With entertainment by various artists and school groups throughout the day, our hope is that you will have a variety of traffic to your vendor area. Set up will be in the vacant lot beside Fairfield Inn by Marriott and behind Jonathan's Grille. The hike will kick off from and end at this area, so it is the perfect location for all events that day. Curious about Ataxia? Please visit

The total cost for being a vendor is $100 and may be paid by cash, check made payable to the "National Ataxia Foundation," or by texting NAFX to 71777 and following the prompts. More specific information about how to make these payments can be found in the sections in the form.
Please plan to provide your own table(s), signage, electricity and wi-fi (if needed). There will be a designated check-in table for vendors at the event. Set up can begin as early as 7:00 AM, and the vendor areas will be open from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. The opening ceremony for the hike is at 7:30 AM.
