報名須知
1.    報名表內的個人資料，只供本會/館處理申請參與活動之用途。
2. 本會/館保留更改活動的權利。除本會/館主動取消活動外，已繳費用，概不退還。
3. 若因報名人數不足，本會/館保留更改及取消活動的權利，報名者可選擇參與其他活動（將按活動差價作補交或退還），又或者選擇全額退還。
4.    本會/館有權為活動、參與者及其作品進行攝影及錄影，用於日後媒體發佈及宣傳用途。
5.    如受疫情的影響而取消當日活動，本會/館將另作安排，請留意公布之最新消息。
6.   本會/館對活動保留最終的解釋及決定權。

活動須知
1. 參加者請穿著合適休閒服參與活動。
2. 參加者必須自行保管貴重財物，如有遺失，本會/館不會負上任何金錢或法律責任。
3. 澳門紐曼樞機藝文館範圍內嚴禁吸煙，室內嚴禁飲食（清水除外）。
4. 颱風信號：在活動三小時前仍然懸掛八號或以上風球，該活動將會取消。
5. 暴雨信號：當紅色暴雨警告信號在活動三小時前發出或仍然生效，部分活動將會取消，請留意公布之最新消息。

[Notes on Enrollment]
1. Data collected will be used for the purposes related to the application and participation in activities.
2. CCCN Macau reserves the right to make any amendments on all matters relating to the activities. Fees are refundable only subjected to the cancellation of activities by CCCN Macau.
3. Activities will be cancelled if enrollment is insufficient. Applicants can either enroll in another activity or obtain a refund on the fee paid.
4. CCCN Macau is entitled to take photographs, to filming or audio-record the activities, and use such photo(s), image(s), audio(s) and video(s) (“Recordings”) in any media or format throughout the world in perpetuity without any payment or consideration to the participants. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of CCCN Macau.
5.   In case of COVID-19 pandemic situation, CCCN Macau will review the arrangements in a timely manner for any affected activities.
6.   CCCN Macau reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the CCCN Macau shall be final.

[Activity Remarks]
1.  Participants should wear appropriate attire to attend the activity.
2.  Participants should take care of all their personal belongings / valuable items. All items are at the sole risk of the participants, and the participants agrees that CCCN Macau is not liable for any loss or damage to such items, howsoever arising.
3.  Smoking is strictly prohibited in CCCN Macau. Eating and drinking shall not be permitted indoor.
4.  When tropical cyclone signal no.8 (or above) is issued or in force 3 hours before the start of the activity, the activity will be suspended.
5.   If red rainstorm signal is issued or in force 3 hours before the start of the activity, the activity will be cancelled.
