Breakfast Club Booking Form
Breakfast club runs Monday - Friday 8-9am and is held in the School House.

Breakfast club slots must be booked a week in advance and will open Monday - Wednesday ready for starting the following Monday.

Bookings will be on a first come first serve basis.

Please complete the form below and wait for confirmation of your booking via email.  If you have more than one child, you must complete a separate form for each child.
 
The confirmation email will state the days your child can attend and you must secure the booking by paying the total amount displayed in the confirmation email.

We cannot refund if you do not attend, please only book the sessions you require.

Charges are £3 (£1 FSM) per session and these must be paid online and in advance - www.scopay.com

If you have not already set up your account you will need a pupil link code, please request this from the school office - admin@chrishatton.camden.sch.uk
