Big Bang Acoustic - Appeal for children living with HIV/AIDS
In Karnataka there are 11000 children living with HIV/AIDS, most of these children can live normal full enriching lives with proper nourishment, medicine and necessary care in a loving environment. With this background the charity we are supporting this year …..
  • Infant Jesus Home for HIV children is located in Kothanur, Bangalore. 
  • Currently has 75 children and staff and helpers to support the needs of the children and the home. 
  • Every child is either HIV infected or an orphan child of HIV parents. 
  • They are looked after by the sisters of Deena Charitable Trust, sent to the local school for education and followed up for their treatment etc. 
  • During COVID, there was a big setback in the financial support to this home and the Sisters struggled a lot. 
  • While they got food rations, there is a huge and urgent need to do maintenance work in the home, get new beds, tables etc. for the children. 
  • There is also a need for the children to have regular counselling as there is still a lot of stigma. depression and anxiety. Their education and medical needs also cost money.
Big Bang Acoustic edition 2022 will raise funds for the home to support the children. This is an appeal to do our little from the Big Bang Community your friends and families for these children.

You can contribute can be in 2 ways
A) Transfer the Infant Jesus Home directly should you wish to have benefit of 80G OR
B) Transfer  to BCC and we will add it to the wider pool of donations to be sent to the Infant Jesus Home
