Energy Exchange: Volunteer in exchange for free workshops

We will need help during the event: Set up and tear down at the beginning and end of the day. Checking in guests to the workshops. Helping guests and attendees. Covering bathroom breaks for vendors and team. etc.

We will need help before the event: filling giveaway bags, organizing wristbands, etc.
Any help is gratefully received.
