Maxwell Groves Festival Committee will attempt to prevent duplicate items among vendors, and only those items listed and approved by the Festival Committee, on your registration form, will be allowed. Absolutely no setting up outside of your assigned space, or you will be asked to leave the festival. Due to the rural location of this event, there will be no source for water nor electricity. However, generators and water jugs are welcome. 

The hours of the festival are as follows:

Tents will be allowed to be set up as early as 6AM on event days (November 5th and 6th).

Early break downs are not permitted and will result in a vendor's rejection in future years of this event. At the end of the event, any and all trash from the booth/rental area shall be placed in the designated trash cans provided by Maxwell Groves Festival Committee. The ground and area surrounding your site location must be free of litter and debris prior to departure.

Please break down boxes before placing them into designated dumpsters.

Each vendor shall individually comply with all pertinent State of Florida sales tax and license requirements. The Festival Committee will not be responsible for any licenses or taxes.

In consideration of mutual benefits, I have read and agree to abide by the requirements set for the above. Further, I release Maxwell Grove Holdings, Inc., the Town of Avon Park, and all of their employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from any liability, accident, injury, damage or claim arising out of or relating to our participation in the Maxwell Grove Fall Citrus Festival. Further, I release Maxwell Grove Holdings, Inc., the Town of Avon Park, and all of their employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from responsibility for the security, protection, control, or supervision of any personal property, equipment, booths, or exhibits brought to the festival area or left there overnight. 

An employee from Maxwell Groves Festival Committee will review your application and contact you to discuss any questions and to retrieve payment. Remember, payment can be made over the phone, or by personally delivering a check to 607 E. Circle St. Avon Park, FL 33825.
